Footwear companies tend to compete for channel selling.More and more businesses get caught in their store location,number of stores and marketing skills.What is more,elements such as fashion ideas,seasonal exchange and consumer preferences also have influences on shoes.Product life cycles are getting shorter,and subjecting to the fashion trends,sales market is vulnerable to increase or decrease,maybe even disappear.As the market segmentation penetrates deeply and the demands of consumers become more personalized,the market is sure to have the trend of market segmentation.Retailing industry in China tends to be divided by the region,which ignores the similarities and differences among all stores.This paper uses product life cycle theory as the main line to summarize existing domestic and foreign research.That means our study focuses on the demand updated and management in sales season based on product life cycle model,as well as life-cycle demand forecasting and store-typed classification solutions.This paper Combines life-cycle of fashion goods with demands,does a deep study on shop-typed classification and their demands strategy management and finally reaches to the optimization.Furthermore,based on what mentioned before,some quantitative researches are needed.And the main jobs are as follows:Firstly,consider the model of forecasting demands of fashion goods based on product life-cycle theory as a basic model under the situation of sales in single-season(including multi-cycle)and one-type products(determinate demand),and generate the life-cycle curve.Then secondly,classify types of the shop by the curve.At last,in view of determining the products demands in sales season,we can build updated demand forecasting model abide by the life-cycle of our product.After test and verify the accuracy of demand forecasting models based on a number of business research data,we build a new one that updated just based on the shop-typed classification and their demands in my paper.
