High performance work system is one of the hot spot of human resource management and organizational behavior theory.While research has suggested that high performance work systems will affect employee attitude and behavior,but for the border of its action mechanism and action research remains to be further enrich.This study will be introduced to the recognition of high performance work system for the employees satisfaction study,investigate its mechanism in it,and to investigate the role of the interactive fair boundary research,put forward the mechanism of action of high performance work system for the employee satisfaction,to form more abundant theoretical explanation on affect employee satisfaction.The project will system of high performance work systems and the connotation of work satisfaction,etc.,to build high performance work system mechanism model of the impact of employee satisfaction,and carries on the empirical analysis combined with the concrete enterprise,form the general theory of utility.Research projects will be specifically for the needs of the enterprise competitive advantage,the enterprise leaders and how to utilize the organizational identification and interactive fair form the optimal management strategy.This project for human resource management theory,organizational behavior,etc.all have important research significance.
