Research On Risk Management Of D Software Development Project In T Company

Risk is an important part of project management process.However,in the management of software project,the construction process of the business support software project is subdivided into the communication industry,and there is still a certain gap between the project risk management and the traditional field.Two reasons: first,the breakdown of the industry,there is no systematic study of the results of the project,the project risk management theory is not applicable,but the application is applicable to a wide range of universal theory.Two is in the process of specific project practice,"soil approach","racking our brains" are the majority,the use of system analysis method,the accumulation of less historical data,a ne w set of each project.I think that if the construction project management system,no risk management methods of practice,not to accumulate experience data,project risk will be ignored,thus ignoring the risk management system,resulting in project delays,cost overruns,and e ven reinvent the wheel.This situation in a number of software companies,especially small and medium-sized software companies are particularly prominent.In today's information technology sweeping the world under the wave of software project construction is frequent,only by virtue of experience and and to resist the risk of the project,has been unable to meet the requirements of the current software industry.How to make the risk management of the application software project play an important role in the whole software project management is the key point of this paper.According to the status of software project risk management,the author elaborates the importance of risk management risk management from the theoretical point of view based on the theory of risk experience base and the four factor risk assessment index system.According to the classification of risk factors,including risk management,customer development,business skills,and other five categories,this article mainly carries on the analysis from the perspective of non business factors,research contents include human resources,communication,schedule,cost,technology,demand,combined with the actual project and analyze its.Four research methods are used in this paper: literature research,case study,empirical analysis,qualitative analysis.Through literature research,this study summarizes the current project risk management theory,aims to extract the proprietary theory of software project risk management,and strengthen the theoretical basis.Through case study,the theoretical practice of D software development project for T company aims to combine the practical analysis of the applicability of the theory in the field of subdivision,to find a way to match the management of D project.Through the qualitative analysis,the risk level of the risk in the project is determined,and the aim is to make the risk specific and quantitative.Through the case study after the experience,the author draws the following conclusions: 1,the process of risk identification,the risk factors and risk reference library,experience the importance of specific project risk identification can be relatively perfect.2,the application of risk assessment for the communication industry application sof tware project specific index system,can be relatively objective assessment of the risk of the industry.3,through the assessment of the risk,the development of coping strategies need to take into account the various indicators of risk assessment factors,in order to develop a relatively perfect strategy.The research of project risk management in the field of subdivision industry has far-reaching significance,the author believes that the risk management of the application software project in the communication industry has become an important link in the information construction.But there are still some deficiencies in this study: if not universal,as well as the practice of project,the situation is different for specific projects that may influence the results of science and so on,thus,the industry's proprietary theory of project risk management of project management is a long-term work,the need for continued research.
