Research On Personalized Recommendation Method Of Freight Information In Logistics Information Platform

In recent years,with the development of the national economy,C hina's logistics industry has maintained a rapid pace of development.Road freight transportation is a basic and leading position in logistics development.Data show that in 2016 C hina's cargo transport volume of 440.4 tons,highway freight volume of 336.4 tons,accounting for about 76.4% of total freight.But because of the unbalance of regional economic development,logistics,information asymmetry and other reasons,the current highway transportation problems of low efficiency,the cost has been high,the main cause of the problem is the vehicle idle and empty.With the development of network technology,in order to improve the efficiency of logistics operation,C hina has emerged a number of logistics public information platform.Logistics public information platform can improve vehicle source and supply information to a certain extent,degree is not high,but most of the current public logistics information platform based on keyword retrieval,the method requires the freight transportation demand side active operation and low efficiency of information matching.In view of the above situation,this paper presents a personalized recommendation method based on logistics provider's logistics capabilities.(1)In view of the choice of logistics suppliers,this paper puts forward the evaluation method of logistics capability.Based on the existing research results,construct a set of logistics capability of supplier evaluation index system,the index system of the index weighting by AHP method,using three data sources for assignment of index,evaluation of logistics capability in the final value of the supplier using linear weighted method.(2)This paper put forward the personalized recommendation method of freight information based on logistics supplier's logistics capability evaluation.On the basis of the matching of user interest and freight information resources,this paper makes use of the evaluation results of logistics capability of logistics providers to complete the personalized recommendation of freight information.First of all,through the study of the logistics related literature and professional teaching materials,after the integration of the data,and then refer to the principle of ontology construction,the construction of the framework of highway freight transportation domain ontology.Secondly,the ontology is introduced into the vector space model representation,and the construction method of the user interest model is presented.The user's browsing behavior is analyzed,and the user interest is calculated reasonably.Finally,the matching algorithm of freight information and user interest model is given,and finally,the personalized recommendation of freight information is realized by combining the evaluation results of logistics capability.(3)Design case for verification.In this paper,50 freight information is extracted from the real logistics public information platform,and the experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.Freight information personalized recommendation method of this study,not only to achieve the active recommendation freight information,reduce the cost and time of users to find information,and automatically update the user interest model,users can discover the change requirements and provide the appropriate recommendation service.Finally,the research results of this paper provide a technical reference for the personalized service of logistics public information platform,which not only improves the efficiency of logistics operation,but also reduces the waste of logistics resources.
