Corporate customers are the source and main body of corporate finance businesses, and are regarded as the core element of financial strategies of commercial banks. Therefore, in order to achieve maximum of corporate financial profit, commercial banks have to create reasonable corporate customer structures, and provide suitable financial products and services to meet the needs of all levels of corporate customers. The financial market environment in China is undergoing profound changes: as the direct financing market is booming, customer financing becomes more convenient, and no longer simply relies on the supports of traditional credit businesses of commercial banks; with the rapid growth in the number of domestic commercial banks, and the increasing openness of the capital market, financial competition is fierce, and corporate customers have more choices and put forward higher requirements.Under this background, commercial banks have to re-examine the existing customer resources and structures, and adjust corporate customer structures according to the macro economic situation and their own development needs. Through the dynamic adjustment of corporate finance customer base, it is significant for banks to form different and balanced development mode among large, medium, small and micro corporate customers, and provide financial product portfolio accurately and efficiently.In this paper, corporate customers of a national joint-stock commercial bank Shenyang branch(hereinafter referred to as G bank Shenyang branch) as the research object, the author used the methods of empirical analysis and theoretical research, statistically analyzed its company financial business, and summarized the main features of its corporate customer structures, and the impact of existing customer structures on its development; secondly,through adjustment of customer structures and corporate business strategies, the author analyzed the feasibility of realizing profit maximization of G bank Shenyang branch; finally,with the use of data comparative analysis, the author analyzed the impact of customer structure adjustment on bank profits, identified clear goals of corporate financial development,and eventually proposed customer structure adjustment strategies of G bank Shenyang branch.
