| With the development of global manufacturing mode, manufacturing enterprises arefaced with more and more competition and challenges, scale production mode has already formed, which makes the socialized division of enterprises become more and more clarified.How should middle and small-sized enterprises meet the challenge and show their features and advantages, so as to win their own market shares? This would be the one question that middle and small-sized enterprises must think about seriously and treat actively.Traditionally, enterprises mostly focus on production, and pursue too much on output rate, while ignore conjunction point between market requirement and enterprises’ own features, as a result, make a dent in sales for the output can’t meet customer’s requirement, or cause waste of overproduction and products overstocking for wrongly take the demand,therefore, enterprises lose their vitality and energy.This paper takes Company G as the object of study, determine the competitive strategy of the company and development direction by analyze features of the company, such as business scope, product orientation, enterprise scale and internal environment, considering external environment that Company G in, such as features of its core clients and its suppliers.On this basis, systematically analyze supply chain structure of Company G, find the impedient and inefficient part of the supply chain, and draw up way for optimization and improvement, so as to get its supply chain strategic, and to match its competitive strategy.First of all, this paper introduce relevant supply chain theory and idea of strategic alignment,and clarify, as a small company works for fuel system modification, the competitive strategy suitable for Company G would be keep low cost and high efficiency by analysis on the current situation and internal & external environments. From operation level, analyze the original company organization and departmental relationship, expose its existing disadvantages and problems. Then analyze its external supply chain, based on related parts and components classification, and analyze for their supply chain feature individually, and seek for suitable purchase strategy and inventory management, so as to find the effective supply chain that matches the competitive strategy of low cost and high efficiency, pointing out realization approach of future development for Company G.It research is available for company running and future development of company G,meanwhile, it could be referred by other enterprises that in the same field. |
