With the rapid development of electronic commerce in rural areas,logistics support is particularly important.The choice of distribution mode,the degrees of distribution information,the scientificalness of distribution management and the rationality of distribution vehicle routing planning,all above play vital roles for e-commerce enterprises survival and development,and these become the current research hot point.At present,the rural distribution logistics of A e-commerce enterprise is still in the initial stage.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural distribution in A enterprise at first,aiming at the problem in the distribution process of A e-commerce enterprise,and finds out shortcomings of its distribution activities.Then this paper come up to optimization countermeasures and improvement methods to give a theoretical guidance to A e-commerce enterprise in the layout and improvement of rural distribution network.Based on deep investigation for the status of A enterprises in agricultural distribution,this paper systematically analyzes shortcomings of A e-commerce enterprise in distribution.And elaborates key problems in the process of agricultural distribution of A-electric enterprises,and then puts forward specific optimization strategy from three perspectives,the choice of logistics mode,the improvement of distribution management and construction of information platform.Next,to solve the actual issue of high cost and low vehicle full load rate,this paper establishes the mathematical model on the vehicle routing problem of A enterprise agricultural distribution,and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,this paper takes the actual data of Jinzhong distribution center in Shanxi Province as an example,using Matlab software to solve the genetic algorithm of the example program,and further analyzes the multi-vehicle distribution mode.By comparing the two different version of distribution mileage,vehicle full load rate,distribution cost and customer satisfaction,it is proved that optimization strategies and improvement algorithm proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of A enterprise agricultural distribution.
