The Research On Evaluation Of Inclusive Financial Development Degree In The Western China And The Regional Comparison

The concept of inclusive finance appeared in 2005 which year is called “The International Year of Microcredit” and its predecessor is microfinance.The appearance of inclusive finance is to make up for the financial exclusion during the development process of traditional finance.Its objective is to make all levels of society to enjoy a complete range of financial services.The development of inclusive finance is an essential part of finance deepening reform in our country.A majority of the research about inclusive finance is qualitative analysis.The quantitative research is mainly through measuring the index of inclusive finance to evaluate the development of inclusive finance degree.This article is based on the existing literature’s index study,and makes evaluation about the development degree of inclusive finance in the western China.This paper is mainly integrality the development status of our country,and build the index system about the inclusive finance which is conforming to China’s actual conditions.when build the index system,this article use the method of variation coefficient to definite the weighted of each index and then make the longitudinal and lateral assessment about the inclusive finance development degree in the western China.Finally,through the analysis about regional differences,we come to a conclusion about the development of inclusive finance.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,which mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this study,the research ideas and content,the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic theory and defines the important concept.On the basis of reflecting on the traditional finance the third chapter explores the sense of development of inclusive finance and presents the development process in China.The fourth chapter builds the evaluation index system of inclusive finance of our country and decides the weight of index.The fifth chapter makes the evaluation of development degree of inclusive finance on the western and the mid-eastern china.The chapter 6 makes regional comparison about the development degree of inclusive finance of China and analyses the reasons of regional differences.The chapter 7 is the conclusion of this article and the suggestions about the western China’s inclusive finance development.
