Since the emerge of commercial insurance,it has been an important measure to manage the modern economic development risks,and a key element for modern finance and social insurance.The insurance industry in China has been pushing forward greatly after the deepening reform of financial system and there is a historical change in this industry.The main body of domestic insurance market has greatly increased and insurance market competition becomes serious.Insurance service instead of product or price constitutes this kind of fierce competition and determines the lifeline of the corporate development.China Pacific Life Insurance(CPIC)is an earlier insurance corporate in China,which has a certain influence in the society,and is facing this competition area.To improve the service is the top priority to remain invincible in such surroundings for CPIC.The dissertation takes the improvement services of CPIC in Gansu Province as an example,based on related theories of five dimensions service quality,distributes questionnaires to access the service quality of CPIC in Gansu Province and points out the existed problems.To analyze the reasons for current problems from tangibles,responsiveness,empathy,assurance and reliability,the dissertation is trying to list strategies,practical proposals and guarantee measures to enhance service quality and ensures the plan applied to daily run.Customers is the root of corporate existence,so the improvement of service quality of CPIC in Gansu Province enhances royalty and satisfaction of customers,brings persistent customer purchasing power and influences,build brand image of CPIC,intensify competitiveness,and operate stably through diversified service provided by CPIC in Gansu province that will be more powerful during the high-speed development process.
