With the acceleration of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious,which brings great challenge to the operation ability and financial management ability of the enterprise.In particular,large cross regional enterprise groups are more obvious,because their business institutions all over the world and a large scale.Traditional financial management methods can not meet the needs of the new situation of financial management,financial reform is imminent.At this time,a new type of financial management mode arises at the historic moment.Enterprise use of Financial Shared Service Center,centralized processing of each business segment of the financial business,and the financial audit and review the work of the whole process of dynamic monitoring,effectively improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of financial management,but also save the cost and reduce the financial risk.It is because of this new financial management model to bring so many advantages,China's inter regional business groups have been competing to imitate the construction of Financial Shared Service center.But the construction of Financial Shared Service Center is a project for long-term,complexity,persistence,in the implementation process will inevitably lead to many problems,which seriously affected the play the advantages of Financial Shared Service center.Based on the above analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the construction and implementation of the Financial Shared Service Center of AZ trans regional enterprise group on the basis of the theory of financial sharing service and trans regional enterprise group.First of all,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of AZ enterprise group FSSC,and then analyzes the implementation process of FSSC,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the key factors of the success of FSSC.Finally,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the Financial Shared Service Center of AZ enterprise group,and puts forward some effective suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to promote the operation of the Financial Shared Service Center of AZ enterprise group,and to provide reference for other enterprises.This paper analyzes the implementation case of AZ trans regional enterprise group FSSC,and draws the following conclusions.Not all businesses are suitable for FSSC implementation,It needs to meet the following conditions: large business,cross regional distribution,high repeatability,easy to standardize process processing,and enterprises with high-quality personnel,strong financial strength and scientific and technological strength to support the implementation of FSSC.At the same time in order to promote the smooth implementation of FSSC,enterprise need to pay attention to the following measures:(1)the continuous optimization of business processes;(2)information system of continuous improvement and upgrading;(3)the personnel transformation and improve the quality;(4)the implementation of FSSC to select the appropriate mode of implementation,combined with the actual business.
