Research On The Enterprises' Financing Efficiency Evaluation Of New Three Board

The number of small enterprises have accounted for more than 95.6% of the total number of national enterprise,create economic output accounts for over 60% of GDP.Therefore,small enterprises is an important force to promote the economic development of our country.In this paper on the new three board listed companies as samples,the entropy value method grey target correction model is used to calculate the new three board enterprise financing efficiency,analysis the new three board companies listed on the new three board after the financing efficiency and changes before and after the listing financing efficiency.First,this paper analyzed the related literature at home and abroad.It expatiated the new three board on corporate financing efficiency and related research status quo of enterprise development.Comparative analysis of several main methods to evaluate the financing efficiency,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.In summarized the scholars on the financing efficiency,the definition of the concept of financing efficiency.Secondly,the new three board listed companies,makes a statistic analysis on the financing situation.After summarizing the deficiency of the traditional entropy value method,this paper constructs the gray entropy value method grey target revision model,to evaluate the new three board enterprise financing efficiency research.Through the analysis found that: the new three board enterprise financing funds in place is not beautiful,speed and speed of equity financing and bank loan financing funds must be generally lower.Although most of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing efficiency is improved,but improve the extent of the very small.Finally,this article put forward the measures to improve the efficiency of the new three board enterprise financing.
