2008,coincided with the economic crisis, countries around the world have asset devaluation, the rise of trade protectionism,Chinese enterprises seize the opportunity to go abroad, foreign direct investment to achieve rapid development. From 2008 to 2015,foreign direct investment grew at an average annual rate of 37.8%,of which China's foreign direct investment flows exceeded the actual utilization of foreign capital for the first time by the end of 2014.However,Chinese foreign direct investment still exist many problems, first of all, although Chinese foreign direct investment in recent years the rapid growth of traffic, but there is still a certain gap between foreign direct investment stock China compared with developed countries, compared with its level of economic development,is inconsistent with the status of a $8090 per capita GDP;second,China foreign direct investment enterprises, non market of foreign direct investment in the flow and stock still has an absolute advantage,2016,China's total foreign direct investment amounted to US $141 billion 700 million, nearly 60% of which is non market investment foreign direct investment;finally, the marketization of China's foreign direct investment is in a weak position in traffic and the stock market investment, the weak power shortage that China's foreign direct investment in sustainable development. It can be inferred from the above three problems, the marketization of China's foreign direct investment are lack of ability, but the per capita GDP and the rapid growth in China and the huge export trade volume of contradictions, contradictions from where? Uppsala pointed out that the school in the internationalization of SMEs,the internationalization of enterprises through export-Study-the path to achieve investment, foreign direct investment is the degree of internationalization of high performance, emphasizes the important role in the study of enterprise internationalization, the enterprise must learn the experiences of the international market and business knowledge in exports,China is the world's largest exporter has a large scale of export trade, corresponding should also have the world's most powerful foreign direct investment, but why there is still the market of foreign direct investment is not enough? Observation of China's export trade pattern, the export processing trade accounted for a high proportion of the foreign direct investment, while processing trade pattern makes both sides outside the processing trade enterprises in a passive position in the international commercial activities, less direct contact with the international market opportunities,at the same time,08 years after the economic crisis of China's local processing trade enterprises a large number of foreign investment in 2016 to withdraw from the market, the processing trade enterprises accounted for over 83% of China's export, this hypothesis learning knowledge in total because there are a lot of processing trade enterprises in the acquisition of knowledge, making the export total amount less,on the whole, learning by exporting is hindered, the export scale and the scale of foreign direct investment. In order to verify the hypothesis, collect relevant data Chinese provinces foreign direct investment and processing trade in recent years, the establishment of panel data model, through the model it can be found that the export of processing trade between China accounted for the proportion of total exports and foreign direct investment is negatively correlated, the two have a long-term stable relationship between the former and the latter reason is Grainger. The conclusion is that China's processing trade has blocked the process of learning in the export,so that the foreign direct investment is insufficient.
