The Research On Self-development Capability Of Piece Area Of Western Yunnan Border

Self-development ability is the practical demand and potential power of regional economic and social development.Ever since the hot issue of human geography is in which way could properly solved contradiction between development of human society and environmental carrying capacity,so as to lifting regional self-development ability,accomplish man-land relationship harmonious and sustainable development.The selfdevelopment ability in piece area of western Yunnan border relatively weak is due to its particular natural environment,feeble market security,single industrial support,reduced soft power,and so on,which restricted the sustainable development of economic society in piece area of western Yunnan border,most area among these still in poverty state,poverty population is concentrated,poverty region is a contiguous area,piece area of western Yunnan border is one of the most poverty region in china at present.Therefore,in order to narrow the gap in piece area of western Yunnan border,win the storming fortifications for poverty alleviation,realize target of built a well-off society in all respects to be consistent with all of China,the key is hoisting selfdevelopment ability of piece area with western Yunnan border,fully excavate regional "hematopoietic" function.From a perspective of geographic space-time view,this paper touse piece area with western Yunnan border as its spatial carrier,on the basis of relevant literature review and interprets some concerned concepts,summarizes the basic characteristics of natural humanistic,economic society,screening and construct system of evaluating methods,apply method means of improved index efficacy function model,system cluster and GIS,etc.analysis on temporal changes and spatial differences of self-development ability in this area combined with qualitative and quantitative,inquiry and puts forward countermeasures for lifting self-development ability in area of western Yunnan border,hope to provide a theoretical perspective and practical case for poverty region in Yunnan province.The research is divided into seven parts:The first chapter begins with an introduction of the research background and its expected value of self-development ability in area of western Yunnan border.The second chapter make a review on survey of domestic and international research documents,expounds the theoretical basis,and define theoretical significance.The third chapter summarizes the basic characteristics from four side,such as natural,humanistic,economic,society.The fourth chapter reference and draw lessons from correlation study,combined with the basic characteristics of area in western Yunnan border on the basis of existing research,screened out suitable evaluation index and construct evaluation method.The fifth chapter application of methods and means like improved index efficacy function model,system cluster and GIS,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis changes of time and space evolution of study area.The sixth chapter base upon natural foundation,market security,industry supporting and soft strength thus reduce the difference among diverse areas,propulsion leaping sustainable development of study area,and puts forward the related countermeasure.The seventh chapter summarize research results,and follow-up research prospects.
