Research On Fund Centralizlizing And Management Of Aerospace Science And Technology Finance Company (ASTFC)

Finance companies are non-bank financial institutions providing services based on fund centralizing and management.The major purpose for enterprises to hire finance companies is to help effectively centralize and manage their funds,under which the main functions of finance companies are designed and a suite of services are offered.For finance companies,the role representing the ability and strategy on strengthening funds centralization,managing internal funds,integrating the external resources and hence improve the efficiency of funds-using has been particularly important.Finance company needs to decide which strategies should be applied in order to simultaneously centralize funds as well as effectively function the management of capital so that the managed enterprises could have a better anticipated growth path and it becomes the only and one fund management platform trusted by its customers.As for the Aerospace Science and Technology Finance Company(ASTFC),capital centralization and management has been rapidly developed since its inception.However,the development process itself has showed many deficiencies.In this paper,using ASTFC as my subject,I firstly reviewed the basic concepts of finance company and some related studies and researches at the beginning,following the theory of finance company management.Secondly,I analyzed the management system,methods of centralization and business model of ASTFC to conclude on the current situation.Finally,looking at the problems manifested in the operation of ASTFC,I discussed the causes of such problem and came up with a series of solutions in regard of its position,business model and management system,respectively.Through the researches on ASTFC,I expected to explore the models and methods for future finance companies which could serve better for the purpose of capital centralization and management.The study on methods to overcome the adverse effects brought by monetary policy as well as financial system and hence to seek opportunities hidden under competitions and support the development of enterprises has both theoretical and practical meaning.
