With the continuous increment in the utilization rate of domesticbank cards,the rapid development of e-commerce and Internet financial technology,the field of non-financial payment business are also expanding,from the initial medium of payment to emerging systems for large scale payments.In 2015,270 third-party payment companies have been granted the payment licenses of non-financial institutions,which is issued by China’s central bank.According to different of payment services,payment licenses are classified into different types,such as Internet payment services,mobile / landline telephone payment services,prepaid card issuer services,digital television payment services and bank card pickup services.Among the 270 companies,only 62 companies were allowed to provide bank cards acquiring service.Of these,only 43 have a nationwide acquisition service,the other 19 companies were only limited in providing local services.This means that bankingregulators are very cautious about acquiring serviceof bank cards.Due to the unrestricted and rapid development in early stage,there are some unsound factors that causes lots of risks in the business environment of the third-party payment industry.Thus,how to analyze and evaluate risks in this industry and the ability to measure and reduce the risks are very important.In the coexistence of competition and risks,this paper takes the bank card acquiring system of the Easy Business Solution Financial Service Ltd.as the background,the risk management theory as the method,combines the theoretical knowledge with the risk management of bank card acquiring services.By exploring the applications of risk management theories,and combining with the common loopholes of risk control in financial market,this paper systematically discussed the current risks existing in E-commerce company,established an entire risk control measures.Put forward the corresponding control recommendations from the policy,market,credit,technology and operation and other aspects.By strengthening the control of the incident process,to promote the healthy development of E-commerce company in rapidly changed market environments of bank card acquiring business. |
