| The decentralized decision-making mechanism,performance evaluation system and employee compensation policy are three important components of modern enterprise control system.Can not be measured can not be managed,that is,the key role of performance evaluation.However,the traditional performance evaluation method is not enough to consider the opportunity cost of owner’s equity,and the relatively single financial capital measurement performance is more likely to lead to one-sided and short-sighted behavior.In particular,the Chinese market economy,which plays a more and more important role in the world economic stage,is not a perfect performance evaluation method,has become a "straitjacket" of the development of Chinese enterprises.Because of this,the SASAC began to increase in the state-owned enterprises to implement economic value from 2010(EVA)assessment,including Dongfeng,FAW,Changan enterprises,Chinese automobile industry EVA implementation,more consolidation in the national economy the pillar position,and has a certain economic competitiveness in the world market.But with the high demand of industrial expansion,the development of the industry problems are gradually exposed,many private car companies in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry is increasingly at a disadvantage,the reason is largely because these enterprises in the formulation of development strategies to maximize the financial indicators as the core strategic objectives focus in corporate profits,is not conducive to enterprises to maintain long-term sustainable development.EVA performance evaluation through the ability to accurately measure for operators to create shareholder value,can better solve the above problems,therefore,to the A automobile company as an example to study the EVA performance evaluation system in the use of the company,has a very positive significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in A automobile company and the entire automotive industry sustained and healthy development of China.In this paper,the specific role of EVA performance evaluation system in A automobile company is discussed.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis and related concepts of EVA performance evaluation,and expounds the principle of EVA.Then,combined with the actual background of A automobile company,this paper analyzes the present situation of A enterprise performance evaluation,and points out the problems of the current performance evaluation index of A automobile company.According to the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation system,this paper tries to find the way to improve the application effect of EVA in the performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing industry,and then puts forward the necessity and feasibility of A company’s performance evaluation based on EVA.Finally,the EVA performance evaluation system is used to analyze the A automobile company,and compared with the traditional performance evaluation,and points out the applicability of EVA performance evaluation in A automobile company.The results show that the EVA performance evaluation system can more accurately evaluate the performance of the A motor company,helps to improve the operating conditions of A automobile company,realize the maximization of enterprise value,so the EVA impact on the overall corporate performance is positive.The above conclusion is also applicable to the future use of EVA performance evaluation system of the automobile enterprise,EVA is conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance evaluation,so the car sustained and healthy development of the industry also provides certain theoretical guidance and reference value. |
