At present,the existing problems in the establishment of ownership structure are hindering the further development and expansion of state-owned enterprises in our country.A large number of state-owned enterprises exist such as the proportion of state-owned shares held by shares,the ownership structure is single and the shareholders can not check each other.Hindering the establishment of an effective governance structure of state-owned enterprises and restricting the development of state-owned enterprises,it will also lead to the loss of market vitality of state-owned enterprises and the shrinking of state-owned assets,which will further affect China's economic development.After the convening of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,China has begun to comprehensively carry out the mixed ownership economic reform of state-owned,collective and non-public three-piece capital cross-shareholding.However,the state-owned enterprises that carry out mixed ownership reform can improve the corporate governance,improve the financial risk of the enterprise and enhance the performance of the enterprises through the diversification of the equity structure,and then stimulate the vitality of the enterprises.In view of these problems,this article will do further analysis and verification through the case.Based on the mixed ownership,this paper discusses whether CITIC Guoan has achieved the goal of mixed ownership reform after the reform of equity diversification strategy.The research ideas of this paper are based on the background and significance of the research,summarize the relevant concepts,research results and basic theory,and then systematically explain why the mixed ownership reform,the reform of the state-owned enterprises before the face and how to influence its development Which,and then summed up the mixed ownership of economic reform to achieve the effect.Secondly,in order to verify whether the state-owned enterprises through the mixed ownership reform diversified reform is to improve the governance and improve the performance of enterprises,select the mixed ownership reform of the "red flag enterprise" CITIC Guoan as a case study,elaborated CITIC Guoan in the mixed ownership economy reform Inthe process of diversification of equity adjustment,and before and after the adjustment of corporate performance changes in the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis,in order to determine the reform of CITIC National Security to achieve what kind of reform effect,whether to do a successful reform.Finally,it summarizes the successful experiences of CITIC Guoan in implementing the mixed ownership economic reform and provides reference for the adjustment of ownership structure of other state-owned enterprises.
