Financial activities is the center of gravity of the modern economic society,the development of macro economy and micro enterprise operation has a great influence,in the process of industrial structure upgrade,configuration of financial factors also play a vital role.Since the 1970 s,with the development of economic integration and information technology,cluster has become the basic trend of modern enterprise of industrial organization,financial agglomeration has become the main goal of the modern financial industry growth.Financial and real economy,through strengthening the financial reform in Urumqi and factors of agglomeration,promoting the healthy development of Urumqi financial deepening financial agglomeration degree,and to accelerate the pace of Urumqi industrial structure upgrade,and is to realize the Urumqi economic and financial development,regional stability to unity and the rise of the inevitable choice.This paper mainly study the effect of financial agglomeration of industrial structure upgrade in Urumqi,the combination of qualitative and quantitative,theory and empirical analysis method,the first analysis of the financial agglomeration mechanism that affects the upgrading of industrial structure,and the Urumqi city financial agglomeration and the status of the upgrade of industrial structure,characteristics,problems and financial agglomeration affects the upgrading of industrial structure present situation has carried on the qualitative description.Among them,by calculating the location entropy to measure of Urumqi city financial each industry,and the deepening of the industrial structure upgrade and calculated the rationalization level;Then build a model of financial agglomeration and empirically that affects the upgrading of the industrial structure rationalization,cointegration and error correction model,granger causality test,and analyze the existing problems and their causes;Finally,based on the results of the study,put forward the corresponding solutions.This article through studies: Urumqi financial agglomeration of industrial structure upgrading has played a positive role in promoting,one of the banking industry agglomeration effect is most obvious.First of all,most of the research focus of finance and economics is to stand in the perspective of financial development,from the unique perspective of financial agglomeration,this paper studies the financial agglomeration effect on industrial structure upgrade,has important theoretical significance.Second,Urumqi "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning" also has been clear about the industry department to upgrade the development of financial innovation and layout,and use it as a focus of the development of Urumqi in the next five years,this paper studies to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Urumqi,XinJiang and even the whole region has a strong practical exploration.
