Study On The Coupling Development Of Tourism And Modern Service In Yunnan

As a industry featuring high degree of industrial linkage,tourism plays a significant role in diving national economic development.As an important indicator of regional economic development,modern service industry comes as result of a certain degree of economic development and the development of marketization and new industrialization.On the one hand,tourism develops rapidly at high level in Yunnan boasting rich tour resources.On the other hand,Yunnan is located in southwest China,being a less-developed region with a modern service industry of less-developed development.In this paper,the author,from a geographical integrated view,has conducted a quantitative analysis of the degree of coordination development of Yunnan as well as of the tourism and modern service industry of the 16 prefectures in Yunnan,proposing some suggestions for tourism and modern service industry coupling optimization in this province on the basis of literature review through exceeding the limitation of relative independence between past tourism and modern service industry,taking integrated consideration of both tourism and modern industry in Yunnan and adopting entropy method,system development evaluation model as well as the software of SPSS in order to analyze the spatial-temporal development characteristics.This paper is written to provide a theoretical angle and practice cases for the coordination development of the tourism and modern service industry in Yunann.This paper includes 7 Chapters:In the first chapter,the research background and significance,research content and methods as well as innovations are summarized.In the second chapter,relevant concepts are defined and relevant research results of and the relation studied between tourism and modern service industry are summarized.In the third chapter,analysis is conducted on selecting the appraising indication system and the methods for researching tourism and modern service industry.In the forth chapter the author of this paper has analyzed the spatial-temporal development characteristics of Yunnan tourism and modern service industry,studied the current development situation of Yunnan and of the tourism and modern service industry in the 16 prefectures,establishing the coupling development relation between the two industries.In the fifth of this chapter,the author of this paper has evaluated the degree of coupling coordination between Yunnan tourism and modern service industry by adopting the model of coupling degree and the model of coupling coordination degree at provincial level and of prefecture level.In the sixth chapter,relative countermeasures for coupling optimization of Yunnan tourism and modern service industry are put forward.In the seventh chapter,the main conclusions and shortages of this paper have been summarized.
