Cost Control Analysis Of Xx Primary Land Development Project In Yima City,Henan Province

With the rapid and integrated development of economy and urbanization,land,as an important resource,plays an irreplaceable role in urban development.Thus,it's self-evident of the importance of the primary land development in which cost control proves to be a vital link.Therefore,analyzing the existing problems and seeking the countermeasures in cost control of primary land development prove to be significant for city development,social harmony and the stability of people's livelihood.Based on the deep research on the primary land development,this thesis explicitly analyzes the cost control in primary land devolopment.Taking Yima,Henan Province as instance,the thesis reviews the specific cases of 37 primary land development projects of a Agricultural Office of the City Building and Developing Center of Yima city during2013--2015 and prudently selects XX primary land development project(the most typical example in cost control of primary land development with its most complicated operating details and wide covering range)as the study subject.Based on the related theories of primary land development,this thesis illustrates the background,significance,status quo,ideas,methods and innovations of the primary land development and gives an overview of the status quo of the situations of primary land development in Yima with the research techniques of literature research,interview,case analysis,Delphi,statistic analysis etc.Emplyed,Special attention paid to the cost control of the xx primary land development project of Yima.The research shows that there exist problems in the practical work of this project: the laws and regulations related to land development cost control of economic policy are yet to be perfect;project funding problems remain to be improved;the project cost management should be improved;theadministrative execution of the project cost control and the supervision mechanism are to be strengthened.Thus the corresponding solutions and the heading directions in future are provided following the analysis of the causes of the problems,such as :perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,improving the project cost management,strengthening the administrative execution and the supervision mechanism.Besides,the thesis discusses the significance of cost control for the government,people,relevant enterprises,city development and economic operation,offers its own insights to the existing problems and looks into the prospect of the cost control in projects,which is obviously meaningful for the primary land development in the future.
