Research On The Development Strategies Of Lingquan Village In Heyang Based On The Protection For Traditional Villages

There are many traditional villages in China,which have distinctive features and prominent historical and literary value,and important research significance.As time goes by,the traditional culture is eroded by modern culture.The style and features of the traditional villages have been destroyed accordingly,and the development of traditional villages is also facing severe challenges.Therefore,it is not only a theoretical problem but also a practical problem to study how to deal with the relationship between protection and development of traditional villages in time.Located in the Guanzhong area,Lingquan village has long history and distinctive regional culture.It's been selected as the research object of this paper.Firstly,based on the relevant literatures,the author analyze the present situation of the protection and utilization of traditional villages in China and abroad,then summarize the results of relevant theories and practices,analyze and evaluate the characteristics of lingquan village from the four aspects of village pattern,public space,residential building and intangible cultural heritage.Secondly,combed LingQuan Village existing problems,the author sums up five problem of " the protect cognitive deficiency ","historical humanities environment decline","lack of humanistic spirit","empty serious waste phenomenon","economic development lag",and pointes out four big realistic dilemma of "the protection and the collision of modern life","money shortage","incomplete management system","lack of new economic power".Finally,established the LingQuan Village jointly promote benign relationship between protection and development,this paper expounds the method,system and strategy of the protection of traditional villages,and based on the development strategy of the protection of traditional villages.The main content of this article is LingQuan Village development strategy based on the traditional village's protection,its core is to solve the traditional village "protection" and "development" balance problems.In this paper,based on the research of the related theory,first proposed to improve the resident environment,improving the local energy,the continuation of the protection of the local culture development goals and principles of the protection of the integrity,dynamic,coordination development,and to develop a basic strategy of "conservation and development".This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the protection of traditional villages from the aspects of historical factors,the whole landscape,the renovation of the buildings,the facilities,the facilities,the cultural construction,etc.Finally,based on the status quo of LingQuan Village,build the "tourism development based on protection","ecological leisure agriculture advance","characteristic culture industry injection" and "community participation" four big development strategy,based on the protection of the original true village leading features,ecological economy,culture,emphasizes the villagers' subjectivity,namely the villagers as the main body,at the same time seeking assistance and cooperation,build cooperation platform,forming cooperation mechanism-"government + villagers + non-profit social organizations + planners".On the basis of this,the role orientation and the distribution of forces are carried out to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the village.
