The Comprehensive Budget Management Problems And Countermeasures Research Of YY Software Co.,Ltd.

The comprehensive budget management is used as an important managerial means and method in modern enterprise,which has been also extensively applied by many enterprises.Based on the comprehensive budget problems of YY Software Co.,Ltd(YYSC)as the main clue,this article mainly summarizes and analyzes the six existing problems of YYSC in comprehensive budget management and the corresponding solutions also has been provided in this paper.In this paper,through the analysis and research of comprehensive budget management based on the present situation of YYSC,this article summarized the problems of YYSC in comprehensive budget management,including YYSC lacking of classification of subsidiaries companies in the processing of implementation of comprehensive budget management,YYSC comprehensive budget management lacking of a sound budget target,YYSC comprehensive budget organization system is not perfect,YYSC comprehensive budget informatization level is not high,YYSC Comprehensive budget management lacking of the necessary control measurements,YYSC comprehensive budget management did not establish the necessary assessment system.Through the analyzing and summarizing,this paper provide a one by one solutions for the above problems.Strengthening the comprehensive budget management in the process of the classification of the subsidiary company,determining and improving the budget target of the comprehensive budget management,improving the comprehensive budget organization system,improving the comprehensive budget information level,completing the necessary control measurements of comprehensive budget management,establishing and improving the examination and assessment system of comprehensive budget management.In the last,this paper also provide the necessary security measurements to the solution of comprehensive budget management: internal control culture and system construction,strengthening the stuff training,timely maintenance thebudget information system,strengthening the audit and supervision.
