Establishment And Application Of Shengli Oilfield Community Unit Cost Management System

With the development of the oil industry in our country,the operating mechanism and the management system of the large oil enterprises have unprecedented changes..Oil field community is the product of the enterprise to do society,and it is formed during the specific historical period.With the development of oilfield reform,the function of the community is changed from the management service to the enterprise management.Improve the management level of community enterprise,reduce the efficiency,deepen the refinement of management,become the most important task of community development in Shengli Oilfield.Innovation of financial management mode,the implementation of unit cost management,form a victory characteristics of system optimization,continuous improvement of the full cost target management system,has become one of the sustainable development of oilfield community management must solve the problem.This article summarizes the related literature in the query based on,draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced cost management idea,from deepening the understanding,explore the law,a careful analysis of the theory of unit cost,then to a community of Shengli oil field as an example by the 2010-2014 years 5 years with the analysis of financial data,combined with the characteristics of cost management of community of Shengli oil field,find out the problems existing in the cost management of community of Shengli oil field.To solve the problem,this paper proposes and constructs the community of Shengli oil field unit cost management system,this framework includes the foundation of community of Shengli oil field unit cost management settings,community of Shengli oil field unit cost separately,the community of Shengli oil field unit cost cost accounting and community of Shengli oil field unit cost assessment of five parts.At the same time,in order to carry out the examination to the community unit cost management system in Shengli Oilfield,the concrete application and running safeguard of the community in Shengli Oilfield are analyzed.
