Study On Business Process Improve Of Company H Purchase And Contract Management

After many years of development,the developed countries have established a number of specialized nuclear power project management of AE Company.The foreign AE Companies get the key procurement abilities,establish equipment procurement and contract management process based on project management.With development of China’s nuclear power,China’s nuclear power AE Company came into being.Due to the restrictions of the domestic environment,experience and humanity,there are many problems in the procurement and contract management,such as low efficiency,high costs and weak risk control.This paper mainly studies the nuclear power project equipment procurement and contract management process.According the planning process description,process diagnosis,process optimization and process reengineering,finally this paper puts forward H company procurement process optimization suggestion and solution.Through the analysis of H Company’s enterprise value chain and the process framework,this paper describes the current situation of the procurement process.Through the establishment of maturity model,analysis process maturity;questionnaire survey,benchmarking method,this paper analyze the procurement and contract execution process problems.The process frame is not clear,management system is not perfect,and the lack of performance management process,meticulous process scale is the main reason for causing process low operation efficiency,high management costs.Around the control risk,improve efficiency and reduce the cost of procurement,we improve the purchasing process of H company by using the method of project management.At the same time in order to avoid the management system of "island",introduced the measures for the administration of lean process,ensure the process optimization sustainable.
