The real estate industry has become an important part and the growth of China's national economy,but China's real estate industry experience 2005~2008 years and2009-2013 years of glorious period in the depression period,after the end of 2014 ushered in a new round of life;and the internal real estate industry competition has become increasingly intensified.The project feasibility study as project development highlights,and not very strong guidance on the operation of the success of the project development cycle.Therefore,more profitable for the success of the project development and operation,through the analysis and determine the project in the demand of the market saturation and applicability,the construction of the location planning of the economy,the possibility and rationality of profit and other issues,it is necessary to.This paper uses the theory of feasibility analysis,through the study of domestic and foreign related work experience,information,absorbing the present situation based on project feasibility study in China,the specific examples of A Real Estate Company developed by CITS Anyang city project,the project land property and market demand research,positioning and planning etc.Analysis of the system,estimate and analysis system of project development through economic and social benefits,the risk effectively to predict the project construction.Finally,the feasibility of the project development unit and the total amount of investment,profit and other aspects of the feasibility of reference.
