An Empirical Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of China's Foreign Direct Investment

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the increasing ratio of the foreign direct investment of our country have been stable even facing the violate international investment environment and the global financial crisis.From China's government put forward the "go abroad to run enterprises" in year 1979 to China actively promote the "area along the way" construction in year 2015,these important policies have constantly improved the "going out" work system to accelerate the pace of China's foreign direct investment.For more than 30 years,in order to let Chinese multinational companies to realize the dream of globalization,our government has put forward innovative policies for foreign direct investment.Facing with the new situation of economic globalization,we will continue to explore new ways of foreign investment and upgrade the foreign investment to a much more higher level.Also,maintaining steady growth of it will become our compulsory course.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of characteristics of China's foreign direct investment development and its important factors are of great significance.After a deep study of a lot of investment related theories,I made a summary of all domestic and foreign scholars about the impact of foreign direct investment research,and then introduce the impact of foreign direct investment related theory.Secondly,I used the descriptive statistical methods in the study of current situation of China's foreign direct investment and pointed out the problems existing in China's foreign direct investment.Then,based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the theories of foreign investment,firstly I used SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the time series data of China from 1996 to 2015,and draw the conclusion that the level of economic development has a positive correlation with foreign residents direct investment,the consumer price index,RMB exchange rate,commodity exports,patent applications on the impact of foreign direct investment are not significant;secondly I used Eviews statistical analysis software to analyze panel data of 22 countries(regions)in which our country invest more than the other countries.I got a conclusion that China's foreign direct investment is affected by the consumption price index,the total reserves,the total labor force,the proportion of government expenditure to GDP and the stock of foreign direct investment in the previous year.GDP and the net inflow of foreign direct investment has no significant effect on China's foreign direct investment.Finally,this paper put forward relevant policy suggestions for the government and the enterprises in order to further optimize China's foreign direct investment,which makes the enterprises of our country able to "go out" in the light of the current situation and empirical analysis of the development status and empirical analysis of China's foreign direct investment.
