The Study On The Relationship Between Enterprise Network And Green Innovation Performance

Nowadays,resource depletion,environmental degradation and other issues has become increasingly serious.To achieve sustainable development,enterprises must improve their green innovation performance to save resources,meet customer concerns about green things,and reduce the impact of products or services on the environment.Successful innovation requires not only a deep and broad knowledge base within the enterprise,but the embedded network of enterprises also has an important role in promoting innovation.The study on the relationship between enterprise network and green innovation performance.On the one hand,it can meet the requirements of environmental protection,On the other hand,it can further improve the innovation performance of enterprises and create a win-win situation.By reading the literature of scholars at home and foreign abroad,we can find that the existing research mainly discusses the driving force of green innovation performance,such as government regulation,stakeholder's appeal and economic benefit,rarely study the relationship between enterprise network and green innovation performance using empirical research methods.Based on the existing research literature of enterprise network,this paper tries to explore the influence mechanism of enterprise network on green innovation performance.First of all,according to the literature collation and analysis,this paper divides the enterprise network into three dimensions,includes network scale,network intensity and network center degree.Meanwhile,based on the existing research,the green innovation performance is divided into green product innovation performance and green process innovation performance.Secondly,according to the relevant theory,this paper constructs the conceptual model of the research: the influence of the enterprise network on the green innovation performance.Thirdlt,the questionnaire was designd,distribution and recoveried.Meanwhile the descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test,validity test and correlation analysis were carried out.Finally,the regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis of the model.According to the results of regression analysis,the conclusions of this paper are drawn.The main conclusions are as follows: First,the network scale,network intensity and network center degree have significant effect on the green product innovation performance.Second,the network scale,network intensity and network center degree have positive effects on the green process innovation performance.Finally,putting forward the enterprise management proposal and policy suggestion,and pointting the shortcomings of this study and further research direction.
