Study On The Poverty Alleviation And Development Mode Of Rural Tourism Under The Building Of A Well Off Society In An All Round Way

The problem of poverty from the beginning to the end with the development of human history,whether developed or underdeveloped countries and regions exist in poverty,the only difference is the quantity and level of poverty and whether the government will eliminate poverty as the most important task of ruling.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the party and the government have adopted a series of policies and measures to solve the problem of poverty in rural areas.Especially since the 90 s of last century,China’s rural poverty alleviation and development into the country’s overall development plan,and successfully out of a rural poverty alleviation and development path with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of rural poverty alleviation and development road China characteristics of poverty alleviation of rural tourism with its unique effect and effect in our country has been developing rapidly,is the implementation of an important platform and starting point for precise poverty alleviation in new period.In the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society,its position and function become more prominent,but in the actual process of development,poverty alleviation of rural tourism there are still some problems and shortcomings,should cause great concern in all aspects of society and attention,in order to promote rural tourism poverty alleviation and better development.This paper uses the unity of history and logic,literature review,systematic analysis of research methods,summed up in the Gan Nan area of Jiang Xi Province as an example,summarizes the domestic and foreign policy,the development of rural tourism poverty alleviation practice and experience,and to highlight the problems restricting the development of the starting point for further improvement of poverty alleviation and development of rural tourism strategy and puts forward some suggestions,the thesis includes the following five parts:The first chapter,introduction.introduces the background and significance of the paper,the domestic and foreign research present situation,research ideas and research methods and innovations;the second chapter is the basic theory of poverty alleviation and development of ruraltourism,poverty alleviation and development of rural tourism to clarify the background,history,related concepts and models;the third chapter on poverty alleviation of rural tourism the development of Gan Nan area as an example,analysis of the current situation and existing problems;the fourth chapter explores the domestic and foreign rural tourism development mode,summarize the experience;the fifth chapter is how to further improve China’s rural tourism poverty alleviation and development mode.
