Study On The Development Of Urbanization In Kashgar Area Under The Constraints Of Water Resources

With the growth of the world's population,as well as the continuous development of society,people's demand for water resources is becoming more and more big,this has increased the contradictions between water resources supply and demand.For this situation,our country also from strategy will be the sustainable utilization of water resources as an important work in the social and economic development of our country,to improve water use efficiency as the core,the top priority for water-saving improving use of water resources,so as to create a water-saving society.Kashgar region has two famous kashgar-kongque and yarkant river oasis,partly thanks to the high mountain of ice and snow melt water.Kashgar region due to the special terrain,the elevation difference is bigger also,the city's average elevation of 1289 meters.As kashgar,the speeding up of urbanization,urban in the aspect of water demand and supply is facing more and more prominent contradictions,more and more high cost of water and serious water resources present situation,become the resistance of the kashi area social economy development.In this paper,according to previous research on water resources and the interaction of urbanization development of the results and put forward theoretical basis,to build the kashgar region urbanization development present situation of comprehensive evaluation index system,analyzes the characteristics of kashgar region urbanization development.Analysis results showed that the kashgar region urbanization level is the comprehensive development of the highest city,and in the overall urbanization level is low,the high level of town quantity is less,the future of kashgar region to improve the urbanization level,at the same time,based on the research of the status quo of water resources in kashgar region,the use of water resources to quantify the relationship between the urbanization development,building the kashgar region water resources carrying capacity comprehensive evaluation system,through the quantitative analysis of various index,comprehensive rating of the water resources carrying capacity is obtained,the results showed that the kashgar region of each town water resources carrying capacity of low level on the whole,and a drop in the trend,the spatial difference of its bearing capacity obviously,kashgar region water industry and structured the main factors affecting the level of kashgar region water resources carrying capacity,restricts the urbanization and the development of water resources carrying capacity,reduce the investment of the construction of the water conservancy facilities at the same time,also affect the level of the water resources carrying capacity.Urbanization level based on the analysis of kashgar region,the bearing capacity of water resources and the impact factor on the basis of the research on the scale of water towns in kashgar region,the influence of industrial structure,and puts forward the problems of kashgar region water resource utilization,in order to realize the rational use of water resources and the healthy development of the city,points out the corresponding water-saving technology,protection of ecological development countermeasures.
