Knowledge economy has accelerated the intensification of world economic integration,so that the development of enterprises more and more complex and diversified,the enterprise is facing unprecedented situation and test.In the context of the new era,new technologies and new knowledge are becoming the core competencies of enterprises.Compared with the traditional "resource theory",technology and knowledge play a more important role in current enterprises and become The core strength and power of enterprise development.Enterprises only continue to learn and update their own knowledge and skills,in an increasingly competitive era to achieve the final victory.Over the years,corporate learning is often confined to the organization or within the cluster,but in the new era of knowledge economy,the traditional learning model has been far from meeting the needs of the growth of enterprises,enterprises need to focus on the cluster and the organization's external To learn,to partners and even competitors to learn,broaden their horizons.Only in this way can companies be keenly aware of the opportunities in the market and survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition.Based on the current research status,this paper will study the issue of enterprise growth in depth,to explore the inter-organizational learning,organizational innovation and business growth between the relationship and influence.Based on the theory of predecessors,this paper divides the inter-organizational learning into two dimensions: cluster learning and hyper-cluster learning.Organizational innovation as mediator variable,dynamic marketing ability is the adjustment variable of the whole mediation model,and tries to explore the various dimensions of inter-organizational learning The effect of dynamic marketing ability on organizational innovation and organizational growth,and the regulation effect of dynamic marketing ability on the indirect effect between inter-organizational learning and enterprise growth,and use SPSS software for empirical analysis.The empirical results show that there is a great difference between the learning in the cluster and the learning outside the cluster.From the influence of the super-cluster learning on the innovation of the organization,the innovation of the enterprise is more profound The impact of the impact of far more than the impact of management innovation;technological innovation in the cluster to learn,super-cluster learning role in the process of enterprise growth plays a mediating role.Management innovation plays an important role in the influence of cluster learning and hyper-cluster learning on the growth of enterprises.Management innovation plays an intermediary role in the influence of cluster learning on the growth of enterprises.However,in the case of super-cluster learning,The role of the intermediary is not obvious.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to fully and collect the internal and external learning and strengthen the organization's own innovation ability,and further explain the shortcomings and future research directions of this research.
