With the deepening of economic restructuring,post and telecommunications sector monopolistic situation in the domestic Telecom market started to change.In recent years,China's Telecom industry reform efforts to the management of large,after a China Mobile was established in 1994 to break the monopoly,the Post and Telecommunications sub-camp of 1998,the 1999 spin-off of mobile and paging,the separation of enterprise from 2000 After decades of monopoly operating history with the Chinese telecommunications industry,has been gradually transformed into multiple independent market players of the competitive industry,embarked on a market-based milestone.Campus customer is Telecom enterprise important source of revenue and profits in the future.Customers to stay on campus,cost increase and decrease,the Telecom performance constraints for the enterprise is very remarkable,various operators have to compete for the campus customer as the focus of market competition,the campus customer satisfaction is an important means of Telecom operators market competition.In this paper,through the market investigation and research,find out the mobile campus customer satisfaction key constraints,adopt corresponding countermeasures,to improve customer satisfaction of China mobile campus,expand customer market space and the number of China mobile campus.This study systematically analyzedthe mobile campus of customer satisfaction,customer satisfaction theory frame model,building mobile campus to restrict factors of customer satisfaction research hypothesis,mobile campus of China mobile in quanzhou branch campus customer survey data,using SPSS20.0 statistical software,to verify each hypothesis.The results showed that the package,usage tracking and service complaints to become China mobile campus customer key factors in quanzhou area.This study for the above three key restriction factors,puts forward some countermeasures pointed out the shortcomings of this study and future research direction.
