Research On The Internet Finance Supervision Issues Based On The Philosophy Of Standardized Management

Since 2013,the Internet Finance as a new business mode developed rapidly in our country,but due to lack of necessary supervision regulation system,it made troubles frequently at the beginning of its development,severely damaged China's financial market order,and affected the health and continuity of the Internet Finance's development.Therefore,the author of this paper stands on the perspective of the standard and standardized institutional economics,put forward the regulation thinking that using the theory of standardized management to carry out standardized regulation on Internet Finance supervision,hope to provide a standardized and scientific regulatory plan and thinking model for the Internet Finance regulation,and hope to make a contribution to the healthy development and effective regulation of the Internet financial in our country.The core content of the Internet Finance's standardized regulation is under the standardized regulatory framework,in order to realize the Internet Financial industry's "best order and get the best common interests" as the goal,relying on perfect supervision laws and regulations,technical standards and code of conduct to regulate beforehand and regulate dynamically on the development of the Internet Finance,to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the Internet Finance.In this paper,the author used the literature analysis and standardized scientific analysis to perspective Internet Finance's development scale and standardization status in our country,discriminate the subject and object of standardized regulation,build the organization structure of standardized regulation and make the mechanism analysis on the Internet Finance's standardized regulatory model;And then puts forward three specific standardized regulatory approaches;Then analyze the standardized regulation's actual effect of the Internet Finance's specific rectification work that started in April 2016;Finally,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the aspects of how to establish standardized regulatory thinking,modify and perfect relevant policies and regulations,strengthen the risk education of investment and financing subject and promote the standardized development of the Internet Finance.
