Research On The Influence Of The NEEQ Company Transfer Board On The Company Performance

The NEEQ market as an important part of a capital market system in China is the innovation of small and medium enterprises to carry out the transfer of shares and financing trading platform.With the NEEQ,the continuous development of enterprises,enterprises to seek better financing environment will transfer to a more advanced capital market.In the case of the current relevant policy is not perfect,the company transfer board to the company's operating performance of the company to become an urgent consideration of the issue.In view of this,this article through the case study of the successful switch board of the enterprise Cost,using qualitative and quantitative analysis of the change of the performance before and after the Cost board are fully analyzed,finally from the perspective of their own and policy related suggestions angle.This paper firstly describes the research on the new board transfer board,including the transfer board conditions,ways and means,information disclosure and supervision.Then it elaborates the enterprise performance research,and summarizes the research methods of enterprise performance,the changes of performance and the change of enterprise performance.Through case study,intuitive understanding of the company's basic situation and the external environment,and most of the small and medium-sized enterprises,the company is in a growth period of scientific and technological innovation oriented enterprises.Accordingly,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the case,the qualitative analysis from the board before and after the input and output of two angles,results show that the board before the company put into explicit and implicit costs were higher for the company to bring the product competitiveness and investment returns after the transfer plate rate were greatly improved;15 important financial indicators of 54 companies the companies in the same industry by using factor analysis method and T test for quantitative analysis results show that the comprehensive performance of enterprises in turn defined in this paper and has no obvious influence.Enterprise transfer board makes the corporate profitability decline,solvency,asset operating capacity,growth capacity are rising.
