Research On The Influencing Factors Of Innovative Projects' Crowdfunding Performance

Crowdfunding is a way to use the form of pre-order to the public on the network to raise funds for the project model.it collect funds from the public for the project on the broader platform,to provide fundraisers with the necessary financial support for the production,and to further develop market channels or potential for the project.In recent years,the rapid development of crowdfunding to make its influence is also more broad,it's gradually becoming a small micro-enterprises and individual entrepreneurs to carry out product innovation research and financing of a shortcut.As of the first half of 2016,the number of crowdfunding platform in China for the 370,an increase of30.74%,the total financing of the industry's total funding of 7.941 billion yuan.It is the key to the efforts of the financiers to focus on how to attract more investors to participate in the financing.In the paper,the actual research on the influencing factors of financing performance of innovative projects is carried out,and the factors influencing the investors' participation are sought.In this paper,the research results of the present research are sorted out,and the business model is summarized and the present situation of the development of our country is described.In order to make small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs more effective to complete innovative project financing,improve financing performance,and for the crowdfunding network platform for the project to provide recommendations for screening,thereby enhancing the project success rate and website revenue.In this study,604 valid data of science and technology projects from Zhongchouwang from June 2014 to January 2017 were used for empirical analysis.From the aspects of project economy,sponsor ability trust,sponsor participation,investor innovation perception the factors that affect the performance of innovative projects are analyzed.The results show that the four dimensions of project economy,sponsor ability,sponsor participation and investor innovation have a significant positive impact on the financing performance of innovative projects.The financier should try to adjust the project indicators according to the factors in the above dimensions,to maximize project performance.On the crowdfunding platforms,Filter the items according to these four dimensions and put the projects online can bring maximum benefits for the platforms.
