FQ County E-commerce Industrial Park Development Strategy Design

As the vigorous development of E-commerce all over the world,its importance to economic development and social progress has become increasingly prominent.E-commerce has become an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises and improve the enterprises’ core competitiveness.Under such background,Chinese’ local governments have implemented various initiatives to promote e-commerce development,and strive to create a new situation of economic development.In 2015,FQ was selected into the first group of national comprehensive demonstration counties of “E-commerce comes to country side project”,and it is the only one county in XX city.Therefore,FQ shoulder the whole city’ responsibility of exploring the way of developing E-commerce in rural area.The E-commerce Industrial park in FQ adopts the developing mode of “government guidance,financial support,enterprises self-running and market operating” and goes comprehensive,standardized and large-scale development path by the supporting of personnel training,industry incubation,products exhibition,logistics and financial services.However,due to the industrial park is still in its early stage of construction,problems such as disordered layout,inadequate infrastructure,lack of E-commerce talent and insufficient integration with the traditional industry have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,to explore new developing model of E-commerce in the county,confirm the goal,task and direction of the park clearly and make the development strategy are becoming very necessary.This article firstly lays solid foundation of research by sorting and theoretical analyzing the domestic and foreign literature about strategic management,industry clusters and E-commerce industrial park.Secondly,the article points out the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats in the development of the park by making deep analysis of its external macro environment,industry environment and internal situation.Finally,the article confirms the rule,direction and the goal of making the park’s development strategy,and makes the development strategy so as to achieve its sustainable development.
