With the change of residents' financial management concepts,increasing the income of residents and innovation of the bank financial institutions,personal business of bank has become more and more important.especially the personal financial business is particularly significant.According to the development process of foreign personal finance business,there is a larger space for development in China.and personal financial services will become an irreplaceable part.But,at present,our country bank personal financial products are very similar.Therefore,how to improve the personal financial services is very important..if X bank N branch want to increase the market share,it must enhance the quality of service of personal financial services.In this paper,it build a service quality evaluation model to research a series of problems of the branch.Based on reviewing and summarizing the service quality evaluation model and evaluation method,it finally determine the five bank service quality evaluation indicators with combining the personal financial business of X branch.Then,using 15 evaluation indicators of the X sub branch of the personal financial service quality makes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the results indicate that the quality is satisfaction.Finally,get some problems by researching the actual situation on the basis of the branch of X branch: 1.exist fewer financial personnel in personal financial services;2.professional financial products is poor;3.inadequate disclosure of information,and so on.and put forward the following suggestions: 1.establish a high-quality personal financial professional team;2.strengthen the information disclosure of financial products;3.provide personalized service;4.improve the risk control ability of X branch.
