Research On Quality Cost Analysis And Control Of Manufactured Products

The research on the background of the global economy in the fierce competition of market economy,the quality of products is gradually becoming the heart of the matter for an enterprise.Quality problem is not only the basis of survival and development for enterprises,in a way,also reflects a country's the level of economy,science and technology,education,etc.Manufacturing industry is the basic industry and the main composition of national economic.In recent years,a series of information technology such as computer,Internet and web of things has brought the revolutionary change to manufacturing industry,which makes manufacturing industry develop towards the direction of informatization and intelligent rapidly.Then internet of manufacturing things as a new type of informational and intelligent manufacturing model has been created.The importance of quality issues and rapid development of the internet of manufacturing things make it fully meaningful to study quality issues of the internet of manufacturing things companies.And how to control quality cost becomes an important part of quality management.However,current researches about quality cost management and control stay in the solution's policy of macro issues and most of them make financial management as breakthrough point to expound the theory of quality cost.Some related aspects of text policies are proposed,or using some basic quantitative formula to analyze quality cost shallowly.Such research is simply analysis of the surface of quality cost,and due to lack of intelligent and quantitative analysis,so it can't find underlying relationship between them.Aim at these problems,quality cost analysis and control's study of the products are carried out in this research.Firstly,the research describes the background and significance of quality cost in the the internet of manufacturing things enterprise.Introduces present research situation of data mining at home and abroad and some relevant theories.Secondly,analyzes the source and collection of quality cost data,and divides quality cost data into both static and dynamic data.Quality cost data is preprocessed to prepare the next data mining processing.Next,an algorithm for mining structural binary tree in data stream is proposed and the algorithm can be applied to the next quality cost correlation analysis.The algorithm circulates the data flow into a structure of binary tree,then put the subtree of binary tree in data flow matrix,and finally search a hierarchical relationship of frequent subtrees.Lastly,uses horizontal analysis and correlation analysis analyze the quality cost,and proposes the productive process' s quality control and improvement model based on the analysis results.
