Research On Exporting Business Financial Risk And Prevention Of DYTD Co.,LTD

Since the reform and opening up,especially after China's accession to WTO,China's foreign trade enterprises enter the rapid development period,and the total export trade value increases doubled year by year,although after a few times of financial crisis,China's trade surplus export growth momentum still pressured over European and American countries as the world's biggest exporter.However,during the rapid development in this decade,problems and risks are becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,I take DYTD Co.,LTD as an example,from the company's financial perspective,and mainly focus on the credit risk,foreign exchange risk,and interest rate risk,to analyze DYTD Co.,LTD's financial risks in foreign trade.My paper uses various methods to analyze cause of the risk,and proposes countermeasures to reduce the loss of company.Based on the theoretical analysis,my paper uses specific cases of DYTD Co.,LTD,especially focuses on theory in practice,and proposes to build DYTD Co.,LTD financial risk prevention system for their export business,so as to provide a reference in decision-making for more foreign trade enterprise.
