The power industry is different from other industries,not only need to invest a lot of money,but also for the power grid construction,the project feasibility study,and the electric distribution transmission energy need to reach a very high demand,therefore,the electric power industry is a high risk industry.To reform in China since reform and opening up of the electric power industry makes the power applications more widely,the business of power generation enterprises has become more and more diversified,which leads to business risks emerge in an endless stream such as electric power,whether the marketable emerging market risk in the market,the management of the liquidity management is not in place and make enterprises can not get enough money,causing the risk of fund activities.As a result of China’s electric power enterprises in the research activities of the funds is relatively late,leading to the construction funds of China’s power supply enterprise risk management system has many problems,such as existing in the electric power enterprise risk control of funds on activities can not meet the management needs,has not worked out a the complete set of capital risk management system for reference.In the process of financing,lack of careful financing plan,not fully consider the cost of capital,making financial costs remain high.In the process of investment,the project investment is not fully dialectical,while the project approval mechanism is not perfect,leading to increased investment risk.In the "universal abandoned wind brownouts under the environment of electric power enterprise inventory" power "is becoming increasingly cheap,working capital turnover difficult,resulting in more and more power companies insolvency dilemma,rely on government price subsidies subsistence.In short,in the presence of funding activities in electric power enterprise these risks seriously hindered the normal and orderly development,so in order to prevent this kind of risk,making enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the healthy and orderly development,it is particularly important to establish and perfect the risk management system of financial activities.This paper from the financing,investment,working capital of the three reviews and summarizes the research results of risk management activities of funds at home and abroad,the definition of risk management activities of funds and how to manage the activities of capital risk is discussed,and then in the activities of capital risk management theory on the A power company as an example,on the A the power company existing related activities of funds system are introduced,according to the system and summarizes the situation of fund activities of A electric power company problems and risk and analyzes its deep reasons,finally according to the development situation of A electric power company itself,these issues and put forward feasible suggestions to optimize the risk.I hope this research can improve the A electric power company will put into the two phase of the Buerjin project,improve the efficiency of the use of funds,at the same time I also hope to provide new ideas for the study of the electric power industry fund activities of scholars,to make up for lack of risk management of small and medium-sized electric power enterprises in China,improve the risk management system of financial activities of small and medium-sized power enterprises,thus to promote the construction of risk management system of fund activities in electric power industry.
