This paper studied how to build a internet community which citizens in this community can know and trust each other,the common interest in this community is health care.This business plan described the establishment of a organic farm and this farm will provide health food materials.Use this farm as a platform to build a face-to-face society,the operation of this community will rely on the returns from selling the products from the farm.There is a trust crisis caused by the frequently happened food safety accidents.Much of citizen felt the crisis but have to accept this situation since no reliable source to get ecological food.There is a need of ecological food from mid-class citizen who can afford too.This business plan interpret the feasibility to establish a company to produce and sell ecological food materials,also the return of investment and risk were analyzed.This business plan will help investors to make the investment.The methods used in this paper including Strategic Management,Marketing Management,Company Operation Management,HR management and Finance Management etc.Firstly,the purpose and importance of this study are discussed,and decide the topic and methods of the study,feasibility also be checked.The entrepreneurial team is introduced in following step,the experience shows the entrepreneurial team able to implement this business plan.Third,the paper analyzes the macro-environment,namely policy,economic,society,technology factors,we can see the macro environment is conducive to “Farmer Plus”development.After that,it analyzes the competitive environment with the Porter Five Forces,interview with experts and field research.Then it analyzes with SWOT analysis method and develops a competitive strategy.Based on this analysis,it selects the company's target market by STP marketing and determines service position.In the fourth part,it researches the implementation plan,the plan includes the develop plan,conditions to implement,schedule,also it develops the marketing strategy of 4P for the target market.In the end it makes the financial analysis of the project by predicting the cost,cash flow and future earnings,and to predict the risk assessment,make corresponding countermeasures.Based on the above analysis,it draws a conclusion of the feasibility of this project which worth investing because of the good returns with limited risk.
