Construction equipment of Industrial plants in the operational phase needs to be operationally managed,the traditional construction equipment assets management mode in our country has a series of problem,such as:(1)Equipment management people who are responsible for the regular maintenance of equipment management are not not strictly in accordance with the actual requirements for equipment maintenance maintenance regularly;(2)The method in the process of equipment management information query and equipment position location management is relatively backward;(3)Industrial workshop equipment maintenance information classification and coding is lack of normative.these problems operational stage equipment management facing seriously affect the production efficiency,which makes the equipment failure frequently appear and affects the operation.At present,the depth of study industrial plant construction equipment asset management is not enough,therefore,the research of construction equipment asset management has practical significance.With the development of science and technology,the BIM technology is mainly used in the design stage and construction stage,but the BIM technology used in the operational phase of the equipment management research is very lack.So,the operational phase of construction equipment based on BIM model management implementation path to solve the above problem has the realistic guiding significance.The paper based on the study of domestic and foreign BIM application in the equipment asset management makes collaborative management system as the platform and construction equipment as the research object,making the operational phase of construction equipment based on BIM model management implementation path for study.It selects main equipment through the improved principal component analysis(pca)building the appraisal model of the equipment;Unifying coding of construction equipment has realized the construction equipment information classification and coding of normative;Through the application instance,it explores the operational phase construction equipment asset management path based on BIM model.In the process of exploration path,in view of construction equipment selection,the paper constructs principal component analysis(pca),and scores different indexes of construction equipment by the experts team,and then evaluates the index of construction equipment to sort out important degree;In the building equipment information coding and classification,it provides product construct information classification and coding system of construction equipment through the study of the ministry of construction construction ISO,and applys to the equipment management of equipment coding and classification.The article selects aindustrial plant of tianjin as an engineering example,first,We should design developmently BIM model for the design,construction,deepening before operations toget in line with the operational phase BIM model of equipment management;Secondly,it scores index of construction equipment through the expert panel,and construction equipment importance ranking is obtained by index evaluation model,and it gets maintain construction equipment;At the same time,it classifys the construction equipment o get this case unified coding classification standard;Finally,through the research and development operations management platform and the phone APP data collection application,it impements the equipment management in the actual demand:rapidly retrieval of construction equipment localization,qr code scanning data collection and intelligent equipment maintenance.The research of this paper try to solve the main problem in the process of the construction equipment asset management,it provides the operational phase of construction equipment intelligent management for reference and reference.
