With the improvement of the legal system of public resource transactions in our country and the further growth of the market scale,according to the statistical analysis of the government procurement research center,the share of public resource trading market in China will continue to increase in the next few years.With such rapid growth of public resources trading markets,a large number of companies are starting to take measures to participate in the competition of the public resources trading markets,make full use of the market to promote its development.Therefore,in the face of such a huge market,how to enter the public resources trading market,and actively grasp the favorable opportunity for development,which is a very worthy of study.This paper explores the problem of the public resources of the enterprises participating in the government's tangible market,and takes the practice of the S-city enterprises as an example to carry out the relevant research on the enterprises participating in public resource transactions.In the first chapter,this paper introduced the selected topic background and the research meaning,domestic and international literature review and research methods and research content;In the second chapter,we introduce the theory of public resource trading and market competition,such as public choice theory,competitive strategy theory and so on;In the third chapter,this paper introduces the overview of public resources trading markets in China,including the basic meaning of public resources and public resources trading,classification,and characteristics;In the fourth chapter,the paper analyzes the enterprises to participate in market competition is the key link of public resources,analyses the two links of bidding and construction projects;In the fifth chapter,aiming at the actual situation of China's enterprises to participate in public resources trading,put forward the enterprise involved in the selection of public resources trading market competition strategy,including price strategy and differentiation strategy.In the sixth chapter,based on the existing information and the actual data,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of public resources trading platform in S city,affirmed the achievements that have been achieved.At the same time,this paper introduces the successful strategies of the enterprises participating in the competition of public resource transaction through the actual cases of S enterprises participating in the public resource transaction.Finally,according to the current situation of China's public resources trading,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and strategies for the enterprises to participate in the competition of public resources market.The author hopes that through in-depth thinking of this paper can enlighten the reform,new ideas,new management concept,make a contribution to promote the development of the management of public resources trading in China.
