Human resource management outsourcing initially appeared in the foreign enterprises,which was confirmed that it could reduce the business operating costs and enhanced the effectiveness of management in the business management practice.But it is not very common in domestic SME.On one hand,the SME is not good enough in keeping pace with the times and innovation,and from the top management to grassroots staff of human resource management on outsourcing awareness and acceptance is limited.On the other hand,the external environment of human resource management outsourcing is defective whether in the establishment and perfection of legal system,setup of industry association and sulk or outsourcing enterprise's comprehensive quality and business level.There are many risks that threaten the orderly development of human resource management outsourcing.This article takes Henan CS Company as the empirical research object,and based on the relevant theory and practice of human resource management outsourcing,through the author's work experience and questionnaire data statistics.It puts forward targeted and operational risk prevention strategy in clarifying the present situation of company's human resource management outsourcing and digging all kinds of risks.The first chapter introduces the background,theory,the practical signification,the summary of Domestic and Foreign Literature and research methods of the study content.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the research topic,involving the connotation and extension of human resource management outsourcing,the theory of transaction cost,the theory of risk management,and the motivations of human resource management outsourcing.In the third chapter,it is based on the introduction of CS Company's development and human resources outsourcing,and analyses the risk in the process of human resources management outsourcing.The fourth chapter analyzes the main reasons of the risk of human resource management outsourcing in the domestic SME represented by CS Company from the macro,meso and micro levels.Chapter five puts forward the strategies and suggestions of risk prevention and control.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of this paper.
