With the rapid development of the world economy,the economic market environment of our country becomes more and more complicated.Many automobile manufacturers have ignored the importance of internal control to the enterprise.The internal control of automobile manufacturers started relatively late,and is still in the stage of continuous development and improvement.Therefore,the enterprise in the internal control,there are still many problems and risks are not well solved these problems,there is a big challenge for the enterprise,if these problems cannot be solved very well,will have great impact on the long-term development of the enterprise.In the past twenty years,China's auto market has developed rapidly.In 2009,China became the world's largest automobile production and consumer market.In recent years,with the emergence of new energy vehicles in the automotive industry,sales decline.BQ Automobile Group Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "BQ group")as a large state-owned enterprises in the automobile manufacturing industry,China is one of the five largest automotive group,mainly engaged in vehicle manufacturing,parts manufacturing,automobile service trade business.In such a big environment,the BQ group should gradually improve the internal control,help to improve their own inherent problems,in the smooth development.In this paper,such as the BQ group established the automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,through the internal control framework as the basis,to the critical control points of internal control,combined with the group's organizational structure analysis of the current problems,given the corresponding solutions.Control of five elements and related theory in the study of internal application of internal control mechanisms,to conduct this study according to "put forward the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem",the BQ group's internal control point of the current proposals,has very important practical significance.
