Research On Technology Development Path Of Iron And Steel Industry In Hebei Province

Since the 21 st century,the quality development of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province is rising continuously,the production and operation is stable,and Hebei Province is changing from the large steel province into a strong steel province with a steady pace.But comparing with the domestic regions and foreign advanced countries,there are still significant gaps.It has become a subject of many experts and scholars about how to strengthen the technical innovation of Hebei iron and steel industry,how to improve the competitiveness of iron and steel industry,and how to achieve the province’s iron and steel industry not only bigger,but also stronger.As a kind of science and technology management tool,the technology road map is widely used in enterprises,industries and countries of decision-making and management.Facing the difficult situation of the development of the iron and steel industry in Hebei Province,the product structure is not reasonable,the proportion of high value-added products is low;Concentration of industrial capacity is not high,the scale of the industry has not been fully play;Industrial technology innovation ability is insufficient and it influences technology upgrade of industry production;The efficiency of resources and energy is not high and the environmental pressure is increasing continuously;In this paper,the technology road map is applied to the iron and steel industry and forecast the future development of iron and steel technology,then put forward the technical development path of the iron and steel industry in Hebei province.This is very meaningful for the future development of the iron and steel industry.Based on the above research background,firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,analysis on the development status of the iron and steel industry in Hebei province and the significance of this research topic,it introduced the research trends of the related fields at home and abroad and the main contents of this paper.The related basic theory and research methods are summarized and analyzed.By using time series analysis,this paper analyzes the characteristics,rules and trend of the development and evolution of the iron and steel industry in Hebei province,the paper uses input-output analysis model and apply 2002,2005,2007,2010,2012,five time nodes input-output table to calculate the correlation degree between the iron and steel industry and related industries in Hebei province and to analysis and evaluate the relationship between the steel industry and related industries in Hebei Province,the results show that the iron andsteel industry has large correlation degree with a number of industries and it plays a significant role in promoting or stimulating the development of a large number of related industries.Borrowing and improving input-output model of science and technology research and development,the paper selects the R&D input data of Hebei iron and steel industry from 2004 to 2014 to measure the spillover effect of technological innovation and technological progress of Hebei iron and steel industry with related industries.The results show that technological innovation spillover effect of iron and steel industry R&D activities to upstream and downstream industries is obvious.Technological innovation activities in iron and steel industry promote the technical progress of the upstream and downstream industries.Technical progress of the upstream and downstream industries also greatly promote the technological innovation of iron and steel industry.According to the above quantitative and qualitative analysis results and conclusions,through the analysis and judgement of the influence factors of the technical development of Hebei iron and steel industry,it applies the ideas and methods of technology road map,then it plans and designs Hebei iron and steel industry,including new product development production,process improvement,environmental protection and other aspects of the technological development path.And combined with the province’s steel industry technology development path of the implementation of the situation and challenges,the paper puts forward the specific countermeasures and policy suggestions for the effective operation of the technical development path of Hebei iron and steel industry.
