The issue of executive compensation of listed companies has been paid close attention to by various social groups and strata.A series of theoretical and empirical studies on the relationship between executive compensation and the performance of listed companies have been made by domestic and foreign scholars.Results.But these studies are mainly concentrated in the executive pay level,salary structure and incentives on the impact of corporate performance,and the performance of enterprises to measure most of the indicators of return on net assets,the total scale of assets such as the overall indicators for executive pay Internal disparity is less,and more specific indicators measure the performance of enterprises are less.It is worthy of our in-depth study on how the internal disparity of executive pay affects enterprise performance,how it affects corporate performance and the selection of specific indicators to measure corporate performance.Based on this,the research of this paper is based on the background of the weak economy and the incomplete system reform in the northeast.Based on the review and summarization of the research results of the executive pay at home and abroad,Jilin Province listed companies as the object of study to more than 30 listed companies in Jilin Province in 2014-2016 annual report in the enterprise-related data,based on the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of quantitative analysis,There is a negative correlation between the size of board of supervisors and enterprise performance.The innovation of this article is mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.Variable selection is more novel.Based on the background of the cold economy of Northeast China,this paper reviews the theory of executive compensation and corporate performance.On this basis,it avoids the previous general indicators such as return on net assets and total assets Business performance,and from a new point of view,earnings per share and total rise on assets to describe the performance of enterprises,more objective and scientific,more comprehensive discussion of listed companies in Jilin Province,the relationship between executive compensation and corporate performance,To propose more effective programs to improve pay and ways to improve business performance.2.Research logic is more scientific.This paper chooses the listed companies in Jilin Province as the research object,and analyzes the internal factors of the relationship between executive compensation and corporate performance-salary gap and external factors-the two main factors of board of supervisors,and draws the conclusion that Jilin Province The characteristics of listed companies give more professional advice and advice,more targeted and rigorous.3.The conclusions are more comprehensive.Through the empirical research,it is found that the executive compensation of listed companies in Jilin Province is positively related to the performance of the firm.The influence of the corporate governance structure on the relationship between the two companies has been neglected.We should strengthen the pay system in the long-term incentive factors,especially to play the effectiveness of equity incentive system;should also be set up scientific corporate governance structure.
