The manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of economy of Jilin Province,is a basic industry engaged in material production and social wealth.Measure and analysis influencial factors of productivity level of the manufacturing industry can help us understand the technological progress and technical efficiency in Jilin Province,to understand the influence factors and improve productivity,impact on manufacturing industry of local economic development have a comprehensive understanding of Jilin Province,the upgrading of the industrial structure has a practical significance to the transformation and the development of manufacturing industry development strategy.The paper based on the theory of efficiency measurement,analysing of the current situation of the development of manufacturing industry in Jilin Province,and using the output data of manufacturing industry of 26 industry the investment about capital and labor and the total industrial output value.We analyzed the static productivity of 2004,2009 and2014 and dynamic productivity of 2004-2014,and by using regression analysis method to determine the influence factors of productivity change in Jilin Province,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of industrial development.From the results of static analysis,the overall technical efficiency of Jilin province manufacturing industry productivity is generally low,reflecting the comprehensive utilization of the production elements of the ability of different industries is not enough,there are opportunities for continuous improvement in enterprise management and resources allocation ability.The dynamic analysis results show that from 2004 to 2014 in Jilin province manufacturing productivity to maintain an average annual growth rate of 14.6% on the whole,the productivity of the decomposition results show that technological progress has greatly improved while technical efficiency is relatively slow growth,which play a major role for productivity is technological progress.From the perspective of industry heterogeneity,technological progress to promote the textile manufacturing,resource processing industry and high technology manufacturing productivity has maintained rapid growth,but the technical efficiency of textile manufacturing and resource processing industry is generally low.The results of regression analysis show that,in order to improve the productivity of manufacturing industry,it is necessary to increase the R & D investment and improve the management level of enterprises.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and improve the management level of manufacturing enterprises.
