At present China focus on promoting Inclusive Finance,which core lies in that it can lead finance resource to rural area and increase area credit investment,meeting finance needs of farmers,promoting regional production,promoting the common prosperity of urban and rural areas,ensuring the harmonious development of society.Firstly,the paper sorts out the relevant concepts and theories of rural inclusive finance,and analyzes the present situation of rural inclusive finance in Qinghai;next using reasonable formula to calculate the inclusive financial development index of eight cities in Qinghai province and ranking,and then based on the reality of Qinghai combined with international research experience to select quotas and establish regression model to analyze the influence factor of the development of rural inclusive financial,according to the conditions of Qinghai province to obtain the constraints of rural inclusive finance development;afterwards through the "double linkage" credit model that based on the inclusive finance development's innovation to get inspiration of rural inclusive finance innovation;finally,according to the inspiration that get from "double linkage" model combined with rural inclusive finance development's constraints of preamble to summarize the countermeasures and suggestions that promoting the development of rural inclusive financial innovation in rural areas of Qinghai,expecting to impel rural inclusive finance to develop in a state of sustaining and healthy.
