Competition in the market,the main body of the competition is divided into two categories-the buyer and the seller,and the relationship between the competition is presented by the combination of these two types of subjects,such as the buyer and the buyer,the seller and the seller,the buyer and the seller.Generally speaking,with the continuous development of the market,for the same kind of rules of market competition,the market is complex and changeable,regional,periods and different supply chain competition on the cognition on market competition rules will be different.In the fierce market competition,it is very important to understand and understand the competition rules for the competition.The ultimate goal of market competition is in order to conclude the transaction,and the transaction process usually form the transaction cost,the transaction cost of the reasons for this include information asymmetry,negotiation,organizing work,and in this complex decision-making situation,the main competition in order to maximize their own interests,will further study the rules of the market for the public,project bidding,the competition rules or scoring rules.Research on the grading rules,if the place is of great significance to develop,to the Contractor's bid book at the same time,because of the information asymmetry,and the main rules of cognition are different,and the optimal decision will lead to the final decision there is a great deviation,but in actual operation,in all the resources,cognitive level to the contractors is difficult to quickly easily raise competitive strength.The main hypothesis evaluation factors is essentially constant,the overall owner and contractor of the overall cognitive evaluation factors generally exist certain differences,this difference mainly includes the evaluation factors(key competition rules)the importance of the cognition is not unified,also contains no unified evaluation scores and proportion of each factor should be occupied,this research focuses on the former,the latter will be part of the discussion.In this paper,we study the situation of the cognition of the importance of competition rules,which is called the competitive rule cognitive matching.According to the study of the matching degree of research on cognition,according to the 217 bidding documents identified 34 key elements,then according to the questionnaire design of key elements,carries on the investigation to the contractor for cognition of competition rules,establish a ranking model,by 217 copies of the tender documents and 240 surveys to sort the importance of the owner and the contractor for the competition rules the questionnaire,finally established the matching model and the matching degree of the division standard,finally calculate both cognition of the competition rules matching.The same cognitive research of the buyer and the seller in the market competition in the current market competition rules,namely the matching degree,stability and sustainable development in the market competition and market efficiency,is of great significance.This study is a case study of China public construction market competition rules,cognitive evaluation and measurement,expounds how to market competition both sides--the rules of competition in the same market by the buyer and the seller,cognitive degree.This method is also applicable to other professional market and other types of market players,such as different sizes and types of buyers(sellers)on the market competition rules of the cognitive match.
