The Applicability Of Non-financial Defined Contribution In Endowment Insurance System Of China

Our country is a rapid population aging in the economic transition,big developing countries,Under the new normal social development mode,we should clearly see the current endowment insurance system in China has obtained many results along with some deficiencies and defects.Amid growing concerns about the ability of social funds to pay,we should look squarely at the current problems and find the right path to solve them,to build a more scientific and comprehensive system of endowment insurance.Europe and Asia,some countries have introduced the "non-financial defined contribution" got a lot of attention,this article will explain "non-financial defined contribution" concept,basic characteristics and the practical experience in other countries,this paper analyses its pros and cons,and points out that the "non-financial defined contribution" is made in the context of our current system development or will face challenges,to study the applicability of NDC in our country.The main work is as follows:(1)Through a lot of related literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the "non-financial defined contribution" research background and research status at home and abroad,and make clear that the situation and effect of the system implementing.(2)Through the analysis of various kinds of data in the literature forms,extract the data changes in the process of endowment insurance development in our country,from the source to ensure the validity and reliability of the data.(3)By introducing the Eurasian countries,especially in Sweden "non-financial defined contribution" system operation,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,then analyzes the institutional background and national conditions,simulation operation feasibility of the system of "nominal account" in our country.The analysis results show that the system of "non-financial defined contribution" in our country's advantage is more than disadvantage,in solving our country facing the problem of "empty account" of it have obvious effect,such as "non-financial defined contribution" system is a suitable for China's national conditions of the optimal transitional system.
